Having problems with your PC or Laptop? Our qualified engineers are capable of carrying out all kinds of repairs whether they are hardware or software related. Most repairs are completed within five working days but if you require you PC sooner, then you can take advantage of our express next business day repair service.
Upgrades
Your existing PC may be a little long in the tooth and you feel that it may need to be upgraded. You may want a more powerful graphics card, some extra memory or a bigger hard drive. Our qualified engineers are able to carry out any type of upgrade provided it is economically viable and cost-effective for you.
System Health Check
Our team of engineers will service your PC or laptop to make sure it's secure, virus free and in tip top condition for the long-term, regardless of whether or not it was purchased from us. They'll also make upgrade recommendations to boost the PC's performance, preventing you from having to splash out on a new system.
PC Installation
Have you purchased a new computer but are not sure where all the cables go? Don't worry because for a small fee, one of our engineers will come out to you and set up your system for you. They will also provide some basic training on using the computer to help you get started.
Network Installation
Would you like to set up a home or office network but don't know where to start? One of our engineers can recommend suitable networking hardware and then configure it with you computers so that you are able to share your files, printers and internet connection.
Home Visit
If you prefer, our engineers can come out to your home to carry out any repairs, upgrades or installations. In some cases it is necessary for an engineer to come out, for example if you are having problems with your internet connection or have obtained a new broadband connection but require assistance with setting it up.
Collect & Return
If you need to bring your pc down to our repair center but do not have the means or are simply not comfortable with handling the equipment then do not worry. We are able to, for a small fee, come and collect the equipment from your home and then return it back to you once the repairs are complete.
